Ashleigh commenced her career in Marketing 9 years ago with Out-of-Home company oOh!media where she managed experiential activations within retail (shopping centre & in-store), airport, outdoor and corporate environments across Australia and New Zealand for brands such as Bundaberg Brewed Drinks, Specsavers, Nova FM, Weis and Nissan before making the switch to client side 4 years ago. Ashleigh started as a National Advertising Executive within the Flight Centre Marketing team and was promoted to National Advertising Manager only a few months later. Ashleigh has held the role of National Campaign Manager for the past 2 and a half years and, with her team of 4, is responsible for the planning, execution and analysis for the brand's national campaign and above-the-line activity. Ashleigh is also a member of Flight Centre Travel Group’s WomenWise committee, made up of 20 females from across the group. The committee was developed to improve female progression and opportunity within the business and is focused on celebrating the women of Flight Centre Travel Group through connection, collaboration and ultimately creating change.
